Maybe after I clicked some button on my desktop keyboard, then suddenly I couldn't hear what host was saying.
When I see the host video the red microphone icon, which mean there's no sound, appeared on the center of it,
So I tried to change this situation by clicking it, but when mouse on the screen, my buttons were poping up.
There's no option on chrome page, so i watched video through desktop and hear sound by my smartphone.
When I use Youtube on my desktop, it sound works well so I think this is not problem of mine.
I have to use this program regularly therefore I really want to know what I did wrong!
(for using realtime meeting, this is so serious to me TT)

소프트웨어를 쓰다가 뭔가 내가 잘못 사용해서 문제가 발생했는데
홈페이지가 한국어로 번역이 되어있긴 했지만 당췌 내가 찾고 싶은 대답을 찾을 수가 없었다.
조금만 다른 곳으로 가면 바로 영어의 향연.
그래서 그냥 고객센터에 영어로 질문해보자 싶어서 메일을 보냈다.
다음날 다시 답장 왔음. 근데 이 사람이 친절하게 내가 뭘 말하고 싶은지 자기가 이해했다는 걸 나타내기 위해
내가 설명한 내 상황을 영어로 언급하고 이미지를 첨부해서 보내달라고 해줌.
mute... 이 말이 생각이 안나서 구구가 절절하게 이메일을 썼다.
오늘 아침에 다시 읽어보니 진짜 거의 초등학생 (....) 보다 못한 수준으로 적은 것 같아 미안하다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 용건만 간단히 적을걸.
(안녕? 내가 프로그램 사용하다가 뭐 잘못 눌러서 뮤트가 되었는데 해제를 못하겠어. 어떻게 하는건지 좀 알려줄래?)
그래도 이렇게 영어를 쓸 수 있다는 것에 신나서 기록 남김.
